As the Chief of Staff, you will support our CEO with day-to-day business operations. You should have exceptional (English) communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position is ideal for an executive assistant to a CEO or C-level who is ready to elevate to be an operational integrator to a CEO whose company is growing quickly in the healthcare provider industry.
What you’ll do:
1. Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel.
Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
2. Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including agendas, and follow-up on action items.
Arrange meeting logistics, including venue booking, equipment setup, and catering.
Plan and book travel, including flights, lodging, transportation, and itineraries.
3. Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
Track project progress, provide regular reports and updates.

4. Financial Support:
Assist in budget preparation, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Experience needed:
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
Typically 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Experience in supporting C-level executives is highly desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite
