Business Analyst
Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Product team and play a key role in shaping the future of their platform. This role will work closely with Product Designers, Software Engineers, Customer Success, and Leadership to optimize the product roadmap and align it with business objectives and customer needs. In this role, the candidate will analyze data, refine processes, and conduct market research. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and passionate about improving processes and user experiences through insights and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and product performance to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and improve product features.
- Conduct data analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Track KPIs and product metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or SaaS company.
- 2+ years of experience leveraging Tableau and Hubspot for data analysis and generation of business insights
- 1+ years of experience working at companies with end-users/customers in the US market.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and BI tools; ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into recommendations.
- Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and process optimization.
- Full English proficiency and strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working remotely in a global or distributed team.
- Previous experience in American or international companies.
- Background in SaaS, cloud technologies, or digital products.
Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM Mountain Time (with flexibility for overlap after noon MT)
